A beginner level class with room to advance per students' ability. Sally aims to find gratitude, calmness and contentment and to give the students a full body experience- integrating gentle movements and awareness, concentration, expansion, strengthening and releasing.

Join Hallie as she combines precise instructions with the use of props and alignment in motion. She focuses on achieving poses with every student using the Iyengar method.

ALIGN AND EXPLORE with Hallie
5:30-6:30 PM
Hallie teaches a yoga class in the Iyengar method involving breath, body, and mind. Expect a class with a bit of movement and minimal prop use-however, she offers modifications to allow students to achieve their version of the pose. You can be as challenged as you would like to be!
Head stand and shoulder stand or appropriate adaptations will be taught.

Join Elle in a more gentle Forrest Inspired Vinyasa that includes blending flow and body acceptance of Vinyasa with the strength and vitality of Forrest Yoga.

Join Hallie as she helps deepen your awareness with yoga offered to all levels, from beginners to advanced. Hallie helps make the healing benefits of yoga practice accessible to each student with use of skillful instruction, creative sequencing, yoga props and individual pose modifications.
